1. Operator and scope

Page2Digital is a book-publishing technology platform operated by Sonentra LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #38521, Casper, WY 82609, United States. These terms govern use of the website and publishing workspace. Separate publishing and distribution terms apply when books are submitted for delivery.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Users must have legal capacity to enter agreements, supply accurate information, safeguard credentials and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. Business users must be authorized to represent their organizations.

3. Rights and prohibited activity

Users retain ownership of their original materials. Users must not upload infringing, unlawful, deceptive or malicious content; impersonate rights holders; manipulate sales; or bypass platform security.

4. Review and availability

Submission does not guarantee acceptance, delivery, listing, promotion or sales. Retailers may reject, remove or change availability under their own rules. We may pause review or suspend access where reasonably necessary for rights, security, fraud or compliance investigations.

5. Fees

Registration and eligible ebook submissions are free during the launch offer. Page2Digital retains 10% of net retailer royalties actually received and allocates 90% to the author, subject to the signed distribution agreement and applicable deductions. Any future paid service will require clear notice and acceptance before charges apply.

6. Intellectual property and service availability

Page2Digital’s trademarks, software and site materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. Service features may evolve; reasonable efforts will be made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

7. Suspension and termination

Users may request account closure, subject to outstanding royalty reconciliation, required record retention and retailer withdrawal processing. We may suspend access for material breach, suspected infringement, fraud or legal requirements, with notice where appropriate.

8. Liability and governing law

Applicable warranties, limitations of liability, dispute-resolution procedures and governing law require counsel review before these terms become effective. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
